I have also had other Ford products serviced there that I bought from private owners. Service is always excellent, completed on schedule, and done right. I have also used the services of the body shop on two occasions, and received excellent service there as well. The Service manager is always available if there is a question or issue to be resolved, and all of the service writers are polite and efficient. Well Run shop! More

Brought my F-150 in for 30,000 mile service and a ticking sound upon starting vehicle. Josh Hutchinson recorded my complaint, gave me a loaner vehicle and assigned a service tech to inspect my vehicle.. Serv sound upon starting vehicle. Josh Hutchinson recorded my complaint, gave me a loaner vehicle and assigned a service tech to inspect my vehicle.. Service Technician Davis Amelotte quickly diagnosed the problem. Josh later informed me of the major warranty needed to be performed, estimating a week or longer return date. 6 days later Josh called that David completed the repairs and service. The vehicle is in perfect operation condition! There was a question I had on the bill regarding the work performed. It appeared to be a double charge for the oil change. Josh quickly resolved this question of mine. Again, Matthews Currie provided the best service I have ever experienced. More
