Very good service dept Even though I dropped my car off at 9am for a recall and was told it would be finished before 4 I got a call that it would not be ready until the foll Even though I dropped my car off at 9am for a recall and was told it would be finished before 4 I got a call that it would not be ready until the following day. I was a little annoyed but the way it was handled made up for the annoyance. Dawn offered to send someone to pick me up at my home and drive me to the dealership to get a loaner for that evening. I told her that was not necessary but please try to get my car back to me early the next morning. 9 am she called the car was ready and she sent a car for me. Great customer service. More

Service 10/26/10 I went in on a Saturday morning where the service area was very busy. Kurt Kossmann did a great job of getting me checked in.
