When selection drive from park or reverse the car would lurch aggressively forward. The Sync system wouldn't pick up voice commands or incoming/outgoing phone calls. The transmission was taken care of, the Sync system is still under review as the problem only happened intermittently. The communication and service from Amber Rodgers was outstanding. She kept me aware of what was happening during the process at all times. More
