Dealer was great especially the service rep. Although Matthews Currie was great, can't say much good about Ford Motors. Have Cmax Energi where electrical powered mileage seems to have dropped to Although Matthews Currie was great, can't say much good about Ford Motors. Have Cmax Energi where electrical powered mileage seems to have dropped to about half. Charging ring indicator is divided in 4 quadrants with a light to indicate quadrant charge when full. Fourth quadrant light no longer illuminates at ' full charge '. Thought it might be a lithium ion battery problem. Was told by dealer the only problem was a bulb but would be over $600.00 to repair. I was, and am still, skeptical. Seems a bit ridiculous and far fetched. Dealer did waive $120 +/- diagnostic fee and pushed back on Ford to no avail. May deal with Matthews Currie Ford again but probably on a non-Ford used vehicle. More
