Selling broken cars and horrible customer service I went in to buy a Prius they had on the lot, the Navigation/Audio screen was broken. They said they would not fix it. So basically they advertised a I went in to buy a Prius they had on the lot, the Navigation/Audio screen was broken. They said they would not fix it. So basically they advertised a car with Navigation but it has none. Those screens control so much on cars and to say they would not replace it while advertising it as a feature was dishonest to say the least. When offered a different vehicle that was "Certified Pre-Owned" (which is something that increases the selling price of that car), they then added $1,100 to the selling price for that certification when they came back with the numbers. The only way they would reduce the price of the car was by removing the Pre-Owned Certification yet STILL charged $200. Mark Peters (Sales Manager) stated that it costs $400 to de-certify a car and he was splitting the price with me. That's what the sales person told me he said. I called Ford, and that was an outright lie. I'm simply stating facts here folks. I was lied to. Buyer beware. More

Overall Ok The reason I said No to recommending this dealership is the fact that my pickup was sold as a certified truck but not all things were resolved with th The reason I said No to recommending this dealership is the fact that my pickup was sold as a certified truck but not all things were resolved with the truck. Since it was certified the truck was priced with that in mind. The one truck seat was repaired before I took possession of it which I was grateful for that. I purchased the truck and picked it up late one evening when it was dusk or dark. I was told the truck had been carefully inspected for no damage. I drove it home to Sarasota and a few days later I noticed a dent in the side of the truck. I only noticed it when the sun was shining on the dent so I can see how it could have been missed. I did happen to take a picture of the truck the next morning after I had picked it up so I went and looked on the picture and saw the dent was already there. I called and was told that we can't prove when it happened so that is just the way it is. I took it to a repair shop to have the dent pulled out. The repair person called me and said that the dent had to have been there before I bought it because someone had put touchup paint in the crease of the dent. I am a business owner and so I know how it is with customers and customer service. I just share this with you to think about how you would want to be treated. Thank you More
