fast, friendly, We were really happy with our visit, Amanda was so kind and helpful. She had a great attitude and made us very comfortable. Overall Ok The reason I said No to recommending this dealership is the fact that my pickup was sold as a certified truck but not all things were resolved with th The reason I said No to recommending this dealership is the fact that my pickup was sold as a certified truck but not all things were resolved with the truck. Since it was certified the truck was priced with that in mind. The one truck seat was repaired before I took possession of it which I was grateful for that. I purchased the truck and picked it up late one evening when it was dusk or dark. I was told the truck had been carefully inspected for no damage. I drove it home to Sarasota and a few days later I noticed a dent in the side of the truck. I only noticed it when the sun was shining on the dent so I can see how it could have been missed. I did happen to take a picture of the truck the next morning after I had picked it up so I went and looked on the picture and saw the dent was already there. I called and was told that we can't prove when it happened so that is just the way it is. I took it to a repair shop to have the dent pulled out. The repair person called me and said that the dent had to have been there before I bought it because someone had put touchup paint in the crease of the dent. I am a business owner and so I know how it is with customers and customer service. I just share this with you to think about how you would want to be treated. Thank you More
