Just great friendly service Our Mustang did not start and we had to jump start. We parked the car at 5:30 pm in front of the closed repair shop. The personal just left the office but Kurt Kossmann and an ather kind men did see me and returned and accepted the car after hour. The next day the battery was replaced and they had even time to do an oil change, thank you! More
Worst service to date Brought my car in New Year’s Eve because my check engine light came on. It turned off but I insisted on bringing it in to check what the problem was. Brought my car in New Year’s Eve because my check engine light came on. It turned off but I insisted on bringing it in to check what the problem was. I had a cylinder 2 misfire. Kevin reset it and said if the check engine light came on to give him a call. Had I known nothing was going to be done that day or that I wouldn’t be able to just “give him a call” and bring it in I would have made an appointment, not just left without insisting on them fixing the problem or making me an appointment. Called and told me they are booked out for two weeks and can’t help me. Got a call back and said I could leave the car for a couple days with them. I live in Bradenton and have a full time job. I cannot leave my car for multiple days at a time. I bought my car here and have always come back to get it serviced. Previous visits I have always used Kurt as my service advisor and have never had a problem, he has always worked with me and fit me in. Now I have to search for another mechanic to work on my car. More
Great Service On the morning of February 9 our tire light came on. We didn't have an appointment but I headed out to Matthews-Currie our car dealer. I was greeted On the morning of February 9 our tire light came on. We didn't have an appointment but I headed out to Matthews-Currie our car dealer. I was greeted by a nice young lady that took me to a service advisor. He set me up in a matter of minutes and suggested I go to the customer waiting area and have a cup of coffee. It wasn't long before the service advisor let me know that my car was pulled into the service area. He came back and explained there was a nail in the tire. He commented that the patch would last as long as the tire. The wait was not long, however when it was finished the service man said that he was sorry for the wait as it was longer than he expected. We will be back and will expect to buy our next Ford at this dealership (unless I go to Lincoln). More
