Very friendly, very effient, and very fair. I went to Matthew Currie Ford for a trade in to replace my mini cooper as it was no longer practical for us to keep the car. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff that was not only nice but very efficient. We were guided by a salesman by the name of Randy Getchey. He seamlessly guided us through the tremendous amounts of cars on the lot to choose from and set us in the right direction. In no time we had found the perfect car and were on our way. Once we found our car paying for it was very easy and quick. Again Mr.Getchey stepped up and helped us get to a price we could afford so that I could drive away in my dream car. I have had nothing but great experiences here and would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone they were very friendly and very fair More
Waste of my time I tried to buy a car from these clowns online as it's a 3-hour drive. I received a phone call and two emails from different people in their "internet sales staff." Two days later and a couple more emails they couldn't give me a trade-in value so I could make the drive. Finally, I called. For some reason, it takes two different prompts to reach a salesperson, even though the first prompt says press one or two for sales, I got a voicemail. Frankly, I was out at this point anyhow since numerous messages from the internet team to the sales staff get ignored. I've bought easily 30 cars and Harley's in the last ten years including a Ford F150 Limited, Ford Raptor, and a Ford Edge just between 20013 and 2015. They don't need, nor want your business. More
Honest up front dealership exsperiance we came to this ford dealership after being taken for granted at another dealership so we took the drive to Mathew Currie ford got a better deal we th we came to this ford dealership after being taken for granted at another dealership so we took the drive to Mathew Currie ford got a better deal we think even throw the car we purchased had let us down that night on way home we still called the salesman that night alerted him of what happened the car he arranged for car to be picked up and drove back to them on a rollback at there cost and also at there cost fixed the car with in a week we had car back to use no so fare had any more problems with vehicle we purchased every one at this dealership was very helpful no issues with this dealership at all nor complaints. I thought to myself Oh God I am going to get bam barded by a ton of salesman trying to sell me a vehicle so they can get the commission and they don't even care about what I can afford or want. Well to my surprise they were the Greatest. No pressure and they gave me all the space I needed and I never felt pressured. Thank you Randy for making my experience unforgettable, great and wonderful. You have a great team at Matthews Currie and I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends. John Howard was incredibly friendly and helpful I was searching for a used Chrysler Pacifica and found Matthews-Currie Ford had a couple so I put out a feeler on the website and John Howard answered I was searching for a used Chrysler Pacifica and found Matthews-Currie Ford had a couple so I put out a feeler on the website and John Howard answered and was extremely helpful finding the car we wanted. He was upfront with the pricing and the internet dealing and we were very happy with the deal. Usually you spend hours haggling with the dealership but John had a car ready when we arrived, we drove it and weren't totally pleased so he showed us another and it was the car we were dreaming of. Thank you JOHN!!!! More
Billies Escapee... Part two... Disappointed!!! Unfortunately, I will have to retract my 'glowing' review of Matthew Currie Ford and their service department. After picking up our Escape from having Unfortunately, I will have to retract my 'glowing' review of Matthew Currie Ford and their service department. After picking up our Escape from having had the complementary work completed, we drove the car home and parked it in the driveway. The next morning I noticed a puddle of what I hoped to be water under the car, it was not, it was oil. I immediately called Steve Storozynsky, our service rep., and he asked us to bring the car in asap. As it turned out, the leak was oil, and they would not cover the cost of repair, as they had done so previously. There was no leak prior to bring the car to Matthew Currie Ford, and this entire 'faulty' situation is far too coincidental for it to have been unrelated problems. I personally believe the dealership should have taken care of the situation, and satisfied its customer. Please recall, we only took the car in for an oil change. This all happened over the past week, and today, I opened the rear hatch and found it to be in disarray. The spare tire was not in its proper place, and not secured down. Adding insult to injury, Billie's father's ballpeen hammer has gone missing (which had always been in the trunk). Shame on you, Steve, Russell, and Matthew Currie Ford... Never again! More
