First of all, my husband and i purchased a vehicle one of their employees was driving. We wanted the tow package to be put on so they took our trade and gave us a rental until the tow package was completed. They kept it for 4 days. We came back to pick it up, filthy on the inside, dog hair everywhere and a dirty food plate under the passenger seat. It had 74 more miles on it then when we bought it. The hitch place is not 37 miles round trip...Got in it and drove it down the road the bearings on the front left were still bad and made a grinding sound when i took my foot off the brake and began driving. I called back and Edgar gave us yet another rental until it was fixed. Came back today after they "fixed" what they said was wrong. There is still a creaking noise when we take our foot off the brake and accelerate. Still dog hair and grease marks on the handles inside... We are NOT happy campers. Talked to Brad the manager and he scoffed it off and just apologized offering no help whatsoever. So fed up will NOT recommend this place to anyone. This is not how you are supposed to do proper business. More

Out of town emergency purchase. We had a 10 year old Explorer. It sprung a mysterious leak and being far from home I didn't feel comfortable taking chances driving it long distance. One of the sales agents, Tommy Fauls, walked me through the purchase of a truck. I was pretty stressed out but he was very helpful and made the situation pain free. I didn't get the "hard sales pitch". Tommy made me feel like I was buying a car from a friend and that's very important in today's world.
