I arrived early and my vehicle was taken immediately back for service. Service rep came out with in 45 minutes told me my truck was complete and he offered me a $10 discount. Worse service I ever received from any dealership. From Casey who made several mistakes down to Russel who only made things far worse. My vehicle was in for 3 items and only e 1 was done when they had me p Casey who made several mistakes down to Russel who only made things far worse. My vehicle was in for 3 items and only e 1 was done when they had me pick up the vehicle. Casey told me when to drop off my vehicle and what to expect about a r courtesy ride which was very wrong. She did not even try to get me a ride. Russel was involved at the time of drop off and he did absolutelynithin to fix the situation. I called the general manager who did come up with a solution. I was called to pick up vehicle but only 1 item out of 3 was done and asked Russel for paperwork on the second recall item that they did fix while I was waiting but was not offered paperwork to prove it was done. I am still left without that paperwork. He then asked me to take care of them in the survey. I told him that I would only convey the truth of what a mess it all was and he turned and walked away without another word. Please feel free to contact me for details. More
