We just recently purchased a 2020 Expedition from MCF. We have always bought GM vehicles and were very pleasantly surprised with how Ford deals with their customers. Had a 12:30 appointment for oil change, tire rotation and balance. although I was 15 minutes late dur to traffic. It took over an hour for them to get it on the rack. I was not happy. Then a ranger truck came in for an oil change after we were there for over 1 hour and they were done before me. Not very pleased. So much for the name quick lane? Have always had good service previous to this visit. Also 2 of the tire rims still have yellow crayon marks on them from the balance/rotation. More
