We just purchased our second vehicle in 30 days. Great deal but we were told it had a hitch. It doesn’t. Now we have to purchase one. Just an additional expense I didn’t plan on. I was on a holiday family visit in Florida and two days before we were to drive back to Virginia my wife noticed our Ford Escape started to shake when driving and had a synthetic burnt smell coming from th before we were to drive back to Virginia my wife noticed our Ford Escape started to shake when driving and had a synthetic burnt smell coming from the front right wheel. The Ford service manager accurately diagnose the problem on the phone as a locked brake caliper. The service manager worked us into the service schedule for the next day and prioritized our Escape repair job so that it would be done that day allowing us to start our drive back to Virginia on our holiday schedule. From the time I called this Ford dealership until I picked up our repaired Ford Escape was less than 24 hours. More
