They had my car for almost 3 full weeks. I had to call to get updates. After nine days they finally provided me a loaner. I picked up my car only to return it two days later because they I had to call to get updates. After nine days they finally provided me a loaner. I picked up my car only to return it two days later because they never tested the full screen functionality. The rear camera didn’t work after replacing the screen. It was a pretty poor experience to not have my car for almost a month. Not sure what else to say but I am glad it is a lease and under warranty. More
