Every time I was told that there was nothing wrong (because all they did was drive the car after me telling them it didn't happen all the time). Now I'm told that the ER brake was frozen and tore up the back brakes. I asked if that was the noise I was hearing (ER brake frozen) to be told yes. Now I'm looking at a $500 Bill be cause someone didn't do their job. Not because I wasn't taking care of my car. Did they offer to fix my car free of charge. NO.....
