I came in for an inspection and to have some recalls fixed. The communication with the team at first was good, however after they drained my battery I needed to leave it in the shop for an extra day, th fixed. There was an issue scheduling the inspection - the person initially scheduled it for the wrong day. Seemed really messy and disorganized and the team clearly did not communicate internally. I wouldn't go back or recommend. More

1. I was charged for an inspection that was never completed. The inspection sticker is still the old one 2. I left my car there overnight Wednesday so the dent guy could look at it on Thursday and I completed. The inspection sticker is still the old one 2.
