I had an appointment at 1:30pm at Matthews Hyundai of Schenectady. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation for my service. They completed the service in about an hour, then asked if I wanted an ins Schenectady. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation for my service. After another hour, I had to go back to the service department to get answers because it seemed as everyone in the dealership who arrived after us had already left, including someone who bought a new car. When we went back there everyone was standing around not working on anything. We asked what was going on and taking so long, and someone told us that because my car has a cracked tail light cover it wouldn't pass inspection. If this is the case, wouldn't the mechanic or someone conducting the inspection know that? And it wouldn't have wasted another hour of my time. The individual who was helping us throughout all this, wasn't giving me many details what was going on, didn't seem very knowledgeable, and had his earbuds in the entire time. The staff were not professional, and I wasted my time being here. I will not be returning. More

It blew my mind that both my granddaughter and I were dressed like hobos and he still treated us like we were just as important as someone going there dressed for success.
