Closing appointment was extremely delayed resulting in myself and wife leaving. After an almost an hour of our appointment the general manager noticed our displeasure he offered to deliver the vehicle to myself and wife leaving. He was a great guy who took the bullet for Matthews ineptitude. So, as you can tell….. extremely dissatisfied. In closing, why didn’t the salesman ever reach out or his manager. Overall the place seems sloppy and over anxious to just build volume. More
