Happy Customer I went to the dealership knowing what I wanted so there really wasn't an issue in the sales area. The staff's help going forward was great. Since the dealership didn't have what I wanted originally, they continued trying to find it for me. While looking they kept me updated on the search, emailed me pictures of ones they did receive in, and continued to look for what I wanted. When they found it, they called me and we got almost everything done over the phone. I live an hour away from the dealership and have limited time availability. They set up an appointment for a time that was good for me and since most everything was ready when I arrived I was on the road in my new car within a few hours knowing the different features that they had already programmed in for me and explained before I left. For me that meant alot. More
