Excellent Experience I shopped online and chatted with a rep. online who scheduled an appointment for me to shop for a lease. This is my third Hyundai so I knew I wanted I shopped online and chatted with a rep. online who scheduled an appointment for me to shop for a lease. This is my third Hyundai so I knew I wanted another one. I arrived with my husband and a young autistic man who was in our care for respite. The people at Fuccillo were just wonderful. They treated our charge like this was a special day for him! They also treated me with total respect as a shopper. Did not try to over sell me or get me to buy a model I was not interested in. They spoke to me as the principal buyer. I have been other places where they talked to my husband when it was me who was buying the car. Ryen was just great! I walked out with a new Elantra GT with the dealer plates on it. Ryen showed me how to operate all of the new gadgets in my car, loaded my contacts from my phone into the bluetooth memory and showed me how to work it. He also showed me some great Sirius stations. A very nice gentleman met me at work 5 days later with my new registration and put my new plates on my car! I will recommend Fuccillo to anyone! More
