My vehicle problem still exists! I did record the tapping noise of my car, but it looks like nobody needs to exert some effort to figure out what the problem is!! Quick service with great care Phil and the rest of the service department took great care of my Santa Fe when I brought it in on a Saturday unannounced. Way better than I expected. I purchased a used Lincoln from Fuccillo. It was not new or certified, just a 3 year old returned from lease. After driving for several months and sev I purchased a used Lincoln from Fuccillo. It was not new or certified, just a 3 year old returned from lease. After driving for several months and several thousand miles I really liked the car, until after sitting in the garage for 3 days the battery died. I expected to have to replace it on my own but called Lincoln Concierge service just to see what would happen. To my surprise, they dispatched a tow truck got the car started and took it on a flatbed to Fuccillo. A call from the Fuccillo Service Dept, Morgan, confirmed the need for a new battery. The battery was replaced and all of the various electronic apps were update and the car returned to me the next day, all with no charges. I don't know if other dealers are as accommodating, but I am very satisfied. More
