I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for the installation of the hitch. When I heard and they promised me a full coverage, they changed their words from $498.98 to 50% off ($299.49). Today, I received their confirmation for the appointment and again they changed their mind to charge me the full cost ($598.98)!I'm so disgusted and disappointed. I had several disappointments even though I trusted them when I bought my Palisade with the Tysan for my daughter and Santa Cruse for my son in the same day. These people scammed me with the Palisade hitch and they continue scamming me again and again claiming they are fixing the problem. More

Service was completed. I thought inspections were free for the first 3 years. The presentation of the main show room is sketchy. Share all have their faces in their phones. One sales person changed the channel on the TV without even acknowledging me and then walked away. There was a customer that came in to ask for help with something and apparently had some speech disability and the salesman said to her that he didn’t understand what she was saying and walked away. How ignorant and demoralizing that was to the customer. Horrible customer service from Matthews Hyundai. More
