Took too long to get car back Brought car in, tuesday, part needed wasnt ordered until wednesday, car ready thursday. Ordered part s/have been ordered tues for wed. Car is under warranty, hole appeared on back side of radiator. Never seen this before, initially nick cant cover under warranty, asked to talk to mgr, mulvaney. Mulvaney accused of someone tampering with radiator, oil had been changed over 1000 miles ago. He sent in pics to hyundai to see if they woukd cover and they coveted 60%. I had a text contact but never got a text on status, i had to cal multiple times each day. Mukvaney called twice in the three day span. Just disappionting overall, had to pay 450.00, not alot of contact during process. More

Turn around was a lot slower than I expected I brought my car in for a 7:30 appointment and did not receive an initial call until approximately 10:30 am. It took several calls in the afternoon to figure out the status of my vehicle including several that went to voice mail. On the whole, not one of the better visits I have had to this facility. The video inspection was amusing, but not very useful. More
