Several Lights were flashing. I called to see if I should be worried about the lights. The sales manager refused to take my call -said he was under-staffed. Customer service told me to drive the car t should be worried about the lights. The sales manager refused to take my call -said he was under-staffed. Customer service told me to drive the car to the dealer and they would ask a service person to just check to see if I could drive it. Mgr got angry with salesman in front of me and finally another gentleman ran quick diagnostics. Uncomfortable situation. There is much more!!! More

I was told the service would only take an hour. I sat out side on a bench next to the car for 50 minutes and the car didn't move people that came in after me was done before me. He did apologize and some one came out quickly to get the car. An hour service appointment turned into 2 hours! Was not impressed. More
