Nick Fear is a very thoughtful and efficient service advisor! However I was quite disappointed that Fucillo was not willing to provide me with a loaner vehicle. Especially since this was my second visi advisor! However I was quite disappointed that Fucillo was not willing to provide me with a loaner vehicle. Especially since this was my second visit to a dealership for warranty issues related to my vehicle. I was without a vehicle for three days! Enterprise Rental is next door to Fucillo and I think a rental should have been available to me since this was an urgent and unscheduled service. More

I took delivery of my 2021 Tucson on 4/20,It was missing the 2nd key which had to be ordered,when it arrived I got an email to set an appointment to have the key coded when I arrived (early) I was greeted b the 2nd key which had to be ordered,when it arrived I got an email to set an appointment to have the key coded when I arrived (early) I was greeted by Nick Fear and was treated like an old friend.An hour was alloted for this service but to my surprise the service was completed in about a half hour,having been in auto service for many years I was totally impressed. My new/used 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate Limited with only 38,881 miles on it that I had purchased from Fuccillo Lincoln Hyundai had an issue with not starting. I had called into the dealership and final only 38,881 miles on it that I had purchased from Fuccillo Lincoln Hyundai had an issue with not starting. I had called into the dealership and finally got around to getting some help to be able to bring in my SUV to be fixed. Nick in service is great, he got my vehicle in the next day. He also waited for the general manager to come in at noon to figure out if they could cover the costs for me. Thanks to both Nick and the general manager the repair cost was covered by the dealership. It was a new battery that they needed to be fixed. Thank you Fuccillo Lincoln Hyundai for helping me out when I needed you to get me back up and running in a fast time frame. More

I have been dealing with Fuccillo’s for about 6 yrs a couple of cars through them. The service, comfort is a 10 on a scale 1 thru 10 Awesome.
