The staff and the manager were extremely rude and disrespectful they broke the driver side handle on my car and expecting me to pay for it. The manager told me if a store fell from the sky and landed disrespectful they broke the driver side handle on my car and expecting me to pay for it. The manager told me if a store fell from the sky and landed on my car do I think that he would be responsible for it!? It was extremely rude and disrespectful to speak with any customer especially a woman like that.The engine took three weeks on my car to repair and not one time did they call me I called them every time to find out the status and each time they were rude whether it was due to being understaffed or not I still Deserve to be treated and talk to respectfully. The service department and technicians discovered what the problem was and fixed the problem in a timely manner. It was also nice to be able to speak to the salesperson (Eljawon) who went the extra mile the problem was and fixed the problem in a timely manner.
