I was initially told a week just to diagnose. I said I would come back next week, and on my departure he came back out and had it down in a few hours. Just seems ridiculous that because I didn’t submit to would come back next week, and on my departure he came back out and had it down in a few hours. Just seems ridiculous that because I didn’t submit to the week timeline they got it done quicker. They did tell me plenty of good information which I suppose was worth some labor, but 152 is a lot for information. They also neglected the main reason I brought it in, which was a ticking in the engine. The sound level fluctuates and that day it was quiet, but it was still there. They disagreed. I am still under warranty for the engine and will have to come back eventually if it becomes more of an issue. More

Several Lights were flashing. I called to see if I should be worried about the lights. The sales manager refused to take my call -said he was under-staffed. Customer service told me to drive the car t should be worried about the lights. The sales manager refused to take my call -said he was under-staffed. Customer service told me to drive the car to the dealer and they would ask a service person to just check to see if I could drive it. Mgr got angry with salesman in front of me and finally another gentleman ran quick diagnostics. Uncomfortable situation. There is much more!!! More

I had a problem with a slow leak because of a nail in my tire and the staff was very professional, courteous and thorough and helped fix the problem. I spent over an hour at a local tire center the week bef tire and the staff was very professional, courteous and thorough and helped fix the problem. I spent over an hour at a local tire center the week before and they couldn’t find any issues with the tireI, but Fuccillo found and plugged the leak. I would highly recommend Fuccillo. More
I was told the service would only take an hour. I sat out side on a bench next to the car for 50 minutes and the car didn't move people that came in after me was done before me. I don't know if they had an appointment but I did. When I went in to check the guy said he would check on the car. I told him the car hasn't moved. He did apologize and some one came out quickly to get the car. An hour service appointment turned into 2 hours! Was not impressed. More
