Ashton Kendrick was suggested by Brian Salamone as a service guy. Ashton is phenomenal!!! He not only was professional, but this matters/ his voice and tone used with me was so caring. Ashton was not just doing a job- he was concerned that I be satisfied with the outcome of diagnostics performed. Not ONE other service man EVER asked me to drive my car to see what they thought of my problem. Not a one in all my years of coming to Matthews Kia. Ashton did!!! I was shocked!! He drove with me to see/ hear what I was hearing. He will go far. I’ll only want to deal with him in all my visits from now on. Brian Salamone is warm and trustworthy. He has sold about 12 Kia’s to my family! We tell others too. But everyone in our family sees how he cares and gets us a great deal. Twelve- Kia’s in our family. So far! More drivers coming if driving age. Ashton again- I can’t get over his concern for me with my car. He told me that he wanted to work at Kia because of all the dealerships, he sees they are like a family there AND that they all care about their customers!! You can take That tothe Bank! More

I dropped off the car on a Wednesday morning at 9:00. They had to keep it over night and still couldn't service it. I had to bring the car back the following Monday and waited for it.
