I continue to get screwed by this place. They put the wrong VIN# on the sales order so now my financing through my bank is messed up. Same with the insurance. They lie to you about interest rates saying they’re partners with banks and get their best rates. Lies because when I went to the same bank they gave me a rate 3% lower than what they told me. They lost my deposit when I was holding my car until it arrived. Waited 3 hours to leave with my car when I showed up with everything and a check for the full amount. Their finance dept is just a mess. When I wanted something to be done about the ridiculous wait, the manger wouldn't do anything. Let alone even speak to me. NEVER AGAIN. **Avoid this place at all costs. You will waste so much money in interest with them and waste so much time. ** More

I have leased for years and this never happened before. Initial out of pocket expenses have already been discussed during sale, not slipped in at contract signing, and typically 1st month lease payment has not been due upfront. This felt deceiptful. More
