Upset with vehicle after purchase I was told by my salesman not only was my car equipped with xm radio but that i had 3 free months . There is a sticker on my car indicating that it is I was told by my salesman not only was my car equipped with xm radio but that i had 3 free months . There is a sticker on my car indicating that it is equipped , i emailed him informing him that the radio does not show it as installed and he informed me that it must not have it . I’m very upset with this and would like a resolution ASAP . Thank you More

Great service - welcoming atmosphere I scheduled my appointment for a Saturday expecting to have a long wait. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who described to m I scheduled my appointment for a Saturday expecting to have a long wait. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who described to me what would be done during my service. He was friendly and informative. Everyone I met greeted me and I felt very comfortable waiting for my car there. Much quicker than I expected, by car was ready and the service manager explained my paperwork and walked me over to the payment area. Very happy with my service - thanks, Kia! More

Matt Capobianco had me in a new car within an hour! I went to Fuccillo at approximately 6:00 pm and I was out by 8:30 with a used 2016 Kia Forte. Only 13,000 miles on it.
