The service department is not customer friendly. Unfortunately I would need to drive even farther out of my way to have work done on my Volkswagen as it is I drive an hour to get here. Very upset when we found out after having the oil changed the shield was in the trunk and never put back on. My Husband took the car back when we found it to question why it wasn’t put back on and to have it the shield was in the trunk and never put back on. My Husband took the car back when we found it to question why it wasn’t put back on and to have it put on then and was told the screws broke when they took it off and they didn’t have any to replace it with and were out of zip ties. So he brought the car home and the shield is still in my trunk !!!!!!! More
