I gave the dealer Mike C my information and within like 30 minutes he came back with a car suggestion that was to my liking (2013 Dodge Charger SE) we took it for a spin and asked did I like...I said yes and within a matter of 15-20 mins the finance guy came back with an approval that was within what I wanted and was able to do...I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half...there was no mess and I was happy with what I left with...the car still has the factory warranty and they gave me a 90 day warranty to go with it also...they also gave me a booklet with coupons for different services for my car through them...NICE...overall, I was happy! Matthew motors helped me out of a bad time, I am a single mother and had a car that I bought from a friend and I had put my heart and sould into this car. Matthews Motors in Goldsboro helped me and my family out of a bad situation. About 3 weeks ago, my old car broke down, I blew a rod through the bottom of the engine. I was left walking for about a week and of a bad situation. About 3 weeks ago, my old car broke down, I blew a rod through the bottom of the engine. I was left walking for about a week and was unable to get to work of which is an hour away. One day I walked to the post office and on my way back home I just randomly walked on the lot and Nick came walking out to me as I was eyeballing the 2012 Ford Focus they had on the lot. About 2 hours later, they handed me the keys to take the car for the night, and the next day I was filling out the paperwork to own this car. I absolutely love my new Ford Focus and it all happened because Matthew Motors made it happen, they care about their customers and make miracles happen!
