Superior customer service I recently purchased from Matthews Motors a vehicle for my daughter’s high school graduation. From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle, I was gree I recently purchased from Matthews Motors a vehicle for my daughter’s high school graduation. From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle, I was greeted promptly and treated wonderful. The sales lady, Kimberly Bishop, was very friendly and helpful. Johnnie, the sales manager and Dennis the general manager were also very helpful and real easygoing. Since it was late in the evening when I made the vehicle purchase, some of the final paperwork had to be completed at another time. Other than this minor delay, it was a very efficient process.
