Tire plug Service desk has just 1 lady working. I was promised I’d be taken right away and 20 minutes later my car was taken in. While still waiting to get my i Service desk has just 1 lady working. While still waiting to get my information entered my car was finished but I couldn’t leave as I was still waiting for the lady to enter my information. When I got to my car the plug had oozed out of the tire and I asked if that was normal and a different service tech said it should’ve been cut off. I suppose the job was rushed. More

Matthews Motors is the BEST! I previously went to two other dealerships that turned me down and offered me an almost 600 car payment. Once I was introduced to Matthews Motors, I was still skeptical but gave it a try anyway. My salesman was wonderful. He knew how to convince me enough without being too pushy so my time was well worth it. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and could afford. I don't recall the other gentleman's name that was was in the office as Alex but he was very helpful as well. More

Got what I wanted I looked online for what I wanted. Went to the dealership one evening and purchased exactly what I wanted. It was getting late and he was also kind enough to buy us dinner while we finished up paperwork. We (my mother and I) told one of our employees, she went that Monday and drove away in a car also!
