Bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla I bought this car in August had to carry it back for front end out of line. At a little over 3,000 miles carried it in for an oil change and they tel I bought this car in August had to carry it back for front end out of line. At a little over 3,000 miles carried it in for an oil change and they tell me it needs front tires. I knew that but also think it’s too early to be buying tires when I paid retail price for it and haven’t driven it very far. I said yes about recommending the dealership for buying only but not for service. Service department is very long and lengthy. At the oil change I had to sit for an hour and 1/2 while listening to others that had been there over 2 hours to find out they didn’t have the part they needed to fix their car or their 2nd visit back for the same issues they had before. I love my car but I bought it on a day it was raining didn’t really take a good look at how the tires were wearing. The service Girl Demi said she would check into them replacing the tires on the front at no cost to me. Haven’t heard back. As for the work performance of my car Im satisfied but only had an oil change plus alignment in the past. But the sales representatives are the best people ever but as for the service department it’s not a good place to go if you are on a schedule that can’t wait long. More

Don’t play your customers as fools because you’re just showing your poor character, You can do your job while maintaining your credibility and integrity, but you chose not to.
