Took a few days before I drove my new 🚗 When you find the car you like, you want to leave driving your new car, right? I found mine on Saturday and since it needed detailing and new front ti When you find the car you like, you want to leave driving your new car, right? I found mine on Saturday and since it needed detailing and new front tires, I didn't get to drive off with it until Tuesday. It was supposed to be ready for pick up on Monday, so I went and waited. And waited. Two hours later, found out the tires were not delivered but would get there that evening. Was told it would be done in the morning. Andrew, my salesman, called me in the morning and told me he'd call me when it was ready. That call came after 11 a.m. so I drove my trade-in for the last time and finally left with my new car. I did get a good hug from Andrew and Cowboy and was told I was now part of the family. They are a friendly and comical bunch of folks making you feel right at home. More

When I returned I spoke with a 4th salesman that referred me back to the 2nd. Again, I communicated a time frame for.my visit and that was eventually stretched 45 minutes past the agreed on timeframe. Listen to your customer. More
