An amazing experience from start to finish. This dealership has won my business for life. My wofe wrecked her 2012 Honda and later that day I called Matthews Motors. From the first phone call scheduling an appointment I couldn't have asked for more. Ashleigh was polite, courteous, and engaging on the phone. Made a flexible appointment for the afternoon with the option to text her and change if needed. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with smiles from every direction and directed to our salesman Tyler Matthews. Tyler sat down with my wife and I and did all of their formal paperwork happily and with an amazing attitude and friendly demeanor that blew us away. Once the initial paperwork was done we picked a vehicle from inventory and he pulled it around front for our test drive. Now I'm a mechanic so I know my way around an engine bay and Tyler just stepped back and let me check things out without the pushy sales pitches and upsell but while still answering all questions my wife and I had before the test drive. When we returned to the dealership we were sold not just on the truck but on Matthews Motors as well. Tyler and his team did everything he could to get us the lowest rate and best financing possible and even went so far as to write us out a worst case scenario offer that he assured no matter what they would honor when the banks system became so backed up they couldnt get information through, and sent us on our way in a loaner car while they continued to get our financing. Yes, a loaner car!!! This morning we received a call that they found EVEN better financing rates for us and that they were ready to sign our documents. While the vehicle wasn't ready yet because they were going above and beyond replacing door seals for us before they turned it over to us. I know this has been long winded but I could type all day and not express just how great the people at Matthews Motors really are and the lengths they will go to to help their customers. More

Worst dealership and service ever Very awkward when dealing with the sales people. We had a salesman working on the deal and when we returned another salesman had our paper work and sa Very awkward when dealing with the sales people. We had a salesman working on the deal and when we returned another salesman had our paper work and said he was going to finish us up. When the first salesman came back in and saw us sitting with this guy he approached and asked what was going on. It was obvious the other salesman stole the deal. Put my wife and I in a very uncomfortable position. Then had my 19 year old daughter take her car there for an inspection when my wife called and said they wanted 260.00 in repairs in order for the car to pass inspection. One of the repairs was to replace a side light on the front of the car that would cost 160.00 because the bumper had to be taken off to get to it. So not true. And i was at the lot when they opened the next day to show the service manager how i can do it in less than three minutes. No explanation given. Lastly, went to have the car appraised for a trade in. They gave me an appraisal then decided they just dont want the car. Keep in mind on the web site steve mathews states he will buy any car 1k over any other appraisal. Not true to your word Steve. More
