Just as Bad as the rest! I live out of state. I visited the dealership because they basically promised that I'd drive away with a vehicle. They made it seem as if there was a I live out of state. I was very forthcoming with my limitations, needs and any credit issues. In other words I was honest with them! They made me travel under the guise of being successful then tried to put me in what THEY wanted to unload, not what I'd be happy in. One representative seemed to never talk to another, because I'd go from one to the other and answer the same questions. One would make an offer, the other would say it was undoable. And when I finally did settle on a vehicle,One would say I was approved, then five minutes later the next would say I wasn't and try talking me into the beater I didn't want in the first place. Terrible business, and only searching for the almighty dollar, even when they say they'll do everything in their power to help you under any circumstances. They LIED to get me to take the trip and they LIED the whole time I was there. I would recommend that anyone considering this dealership shop around... the aggravation and waste of time isn't worth it. More

Matthews Mottors was by far the best experienced I had and the one that worked things out with me to the best of their ability to meet my requirements and satisfactions. They have great quality cars for extremely fair prices. I had Luke as a sales representative and he was great. There was this one car I was especially interested in that was located in on of their other stores. He transferred the car the very same day to the Wilmington store for me to test drive it (and as long as I wanted). Another great aspect of this dealership is that after you make a deal with them (which you really want to do), they follow up with you and genuinely care about keeping a good relationship with you and helping you out in any way needed. Luke isa great guy and so is the entire staff at Matthews Motors. You will find what you want there with an excellent customer service! More

TO replace the lost truck that was total in a reck. Other dealership had ram truck but they did not care for what I was looking for in a truck but just wanted to sale me a truck for a high price with nothing on it.
