Great Experience I would not typically call buying a used car a great experience but this time around it was exactly that. My Salesman Bob Pacella was involved and in I would not typically call buying a used car a great experience but this time around it was exactly that. My Salesman Bob Pacella was involved and interested in what I had to say, he was not pushing me into a purchase. I expected to "do the dance" and thought I was going to be offered an extremely low price for my trade, but they offered me fair market value right off the bat. The Staff was really nice and genuine, I did not feel like people were putting on a show in order for me to buy a car. The show room was nicely appointed but not a museum like the mega dealerships where they have to charge you more for your purchase to pay for all the frills. The garage was spotless and though I never have had service there, it looked like it was equipped to handle most jobs. I enjoyed it, felt like they made an honest effort to win my business, I would recommend to a friend and I do intend to trade my other car there next year. The only downside was the $649.00 doc fee was a bit heavy, just factor that into your bargaining. More
