Mark Yandell is so friendly, thorough, professional and attentive to all customers. I always wait for my vehicle so I am kept updated (excellent communication by the way) on the service status which makes me feel at ease. I no longer feel apprehensive taking my vehicles in for service knowing I am dealing with Mark and in good hands at Matthews Motors.
