The vehicle was exactly what we wanted and we were offered a fair price. Bob facilitated an amazing deal for our trade as well! The dealership was clean and well decorated. I would suggest a little more privacy for assisting customers but that's about it. The detail team did a great job on the car, it looked and smelled amazing. I was greeted with a smile and even when the first person that approached me found Matthews Motors of Wilmington deserves an A+ in customer service. I was greeted with a smile and even when the first person that approached me found out that I was there to see Cowboy he still smiled and assured me that he would take care of me. I got to the dealership a little later than anticipated but was never rushed to leave. My daughter and her husband went down to purchase a car and there car actually put them down that very day. They walked about halfway to the dealership and along came Cowboy to the reissue. They went out to lunch and spent the rest of the day there and were able to drive home in there new car. Greatest customer service I have ever encountered. More
