My experience at Matthews Auto Nissan was a great experience. We called on Saturday looking for a specific model of the Murano and Gerry the sales manager really stepped up and helped us out. I went experience. We called on Saturday looking for a specific model of the Murano and Gerry the sales manager really stepped up and helped us out. I went in on Monday to pick up my new Murano and CJ helped me from there. My only criticism is that CJ was extremely busy helping a lot of people so there were some minor hiccups throughout the transaction(address spelled wrong, wrong mileage agreement, etc.). I also was almost home to Cortland driving the Murano and noticed that the temporary registration was not stuck to the front window. My passenger in the car called CJ's cell phone per the business card he gave us and he said he saw it on his desk and was going to call me the next morning. However I wish he just called me as soon as he saw it because we stayed in that area for more than an hour doing some shopping and having dinner or even if I was a little farther out I would have turned around and came back. It was nerve-wracking to drive all the way to Cortland and the next day without a registration. But CJ did fax over a copy of it so we are all set now. I think if there was some more staff or staff that was willing to help him, because another customer came in looking for him, so he had to juggle us both, The overall experience would have been a smoother one. I would highly recommend CJ, Gerry and Matthew's Nissan to anyone. Thank you for helping me along on my first lease turn in and new lease! More
