They will even tell you they are usaa preferred dealers, they are not, USAA discontinued the program in early 2021 ( this is my fault for not knowing they discontinued the program after my last purchase). 3 weeks ago now I purchased a 2013 for raptor from them. truck looked decent but had some cosmetic issues ( paint on hood chipped and missing. back passenger door handle broken but still working). However with the 50 years in business and the usaa preferred I made the mistake of assuming it was a well picked and looked over truck. they were asking $35,000 for it which was going market for a fully loaded raptor. theirs was the absolute basic model. However again I assumed it was probably in pretty good shape. Well to my surprise two days after I bought it I went to a car wash and water starts dripping in the passenger seat from the handle on the A pillar. After investigation I discovered the roof was rusted out on the passenger side and was letting water in. I contacted the dealership to see if they would make it right and basically got "its 10 years old. what do you expect?". They did offer to cover the rusted holes with silicone.. They also tried to say they had no idea it was leaking. 4 days after I got the truck it rained and the entire passenger floor mat was full of water from it leaking. Either they never looked at the passenger side Or they are simply lying. I paid over market price for a base raptor and got a rusted out truck ( again my fault for even buying it). They are no better than any scummy used car salesman that shows up for a year and then goes under. They were just able to last. IF you decide to buy anything from the demand to take it to a mechanic of your choosing for a full inspection. More

It was not a hard sell, as I'm fairly knowledgeable and was a willing buyer, but Doug was very helpful in discussing xxxxxxand con's of my potential purchase with me. And when it came time to sign my life away, Doug got everything together quickly and without much fuss. I feel like he was a real partner in getting me into my new vehicle. Doug, the sales manager, was in the process of selling my family and I an Expedition. After multiple hits to our credit and giving him all of our personal information he stops responding. Beware of the Sales Manager and Finance Manager, Ivan Martinez. Manager became very agitated, aggresive and rude when questioning additional fees not required by law.
