I arrived at my appointment with a blazing migraine headache and the kindness of my service associate(I'm sorry I forgot his name, I think it was Jorge) was commendable. He made sure I knew where the ice machine was for an ice pack for my head. My oil change was conducted quickly and he answered all of my questions with skill and knowledge above what I expected. They even washed the exterior of my vehicle at no charge. I was very pleased with that, because I really try keeping my car in great shape. That was a special little extra I wasn't expecting that just really made my day a little brighter. I felt like I was cared about and that my vehicle was cared about. It was worth the hour drive to come to Ferman Nissan as opposed to the 3-5 dealerships and shops in my area for our oil change. My service rep also set a reminder notice to be sent for me for my next oil change since I tend to be forgetful. I am very impressed with this dealership. So far from the sales personnel to the service personnel I am impressed and feel honored to be a customer of this dealership. I've never been treated with such respect from a car dealership in my life and HATE car dealerships. Ferman Nissan has my business from here on out. I have told many people and share regularly on facebook. Thank you for the positive experience in financing my vehicle through your dealership and thank you for the excellent service I've received in the service department. Most of all THANK YOU for not having high pressure sales tactics. I am so grateful not to have to swat people off of me like mosquitoes trying to suck the life out of me just to pad their pockets. Driving this car over the Skyway bridge (or any other bridge for that matter) is an experience that might blow you away!! I mean that in the most literal sense as this car is a nightmare and is very scary to drive. I have never owned a car that I couldn't tolerate but go figure I would buy a brand new car (which again was very pushed and pressured to) that is one I cannot stand. The car does not even have power locks, windows, seats, or even cruise control. The lack of basic features is astounding in this vehicle. There is more plastic in this car than a recycling plant. Keith Miller and Ferman have been extremely unhelpful since the purchase. All they are willing to do is pay only up to $850 to add the features I assumed any brand new car would/should have. The amount isn't enough to cover everything so I would have to pay more out of my pocket than I already have!! Not to mention they want to use aftermarket parts. I am accepting this as the worst financial mistake of my life and am quickly paying off the difference between the value and what I owe to get rid of this horrible car once and for all. Please what ever you do, DO NOT GO TO FERMAN!! I am writing reviews everywhere I can because I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. I will never spend another dime at this dealership and will strongly reconsider my next new car thanks to these horrible miserable con artists. I only go for my oil changes and maintenance because I want to get my money's worth since I paid for the maintenance package. If I ever need anything not covered by this plan during my short ownership of this vehicle, I would drive 100 miles to go anywhere but here because I refuse to spend any money at Ferman. More
