Fiance department worked above and beyond! We talked to Robert Cole over email before we came and made sure the out the door price was set in stone. I had a bad experience at a previous Nissan dealership. I was up front told him what I want, what are my must haves. Asked if he can do what I needed I don't want my time wasted. I didn't want any haggling with the price on the Internet site. Don't tell me OH by the way we have an appearance package you have to take which is an additional 2000.00. All I can say is he was awesome, he understood what I wanted and if he couldn't do it we would just part and not waste my time. Love this experience. Got the car the price didn't go up from off the Internet price. Even the GM threw in another 500.00 off the price. This is how the experience should be. Side note I even ask Mike to pick me up from the car rental place 3 blocks away. He didn't have to but he did. I app attention to detail. More

Worst Experience Ever! Perhaps it was my fault for test driving a certified pre-owned vehicle in the rain but I ended up making the purchase. I told my associat Perhaps it was my fault for test driving a certified pre-owned vehicle in the rain but I ended up making the purchase. I told my associate that I would not be putting money down but when I got to the financing part of the deal, they had already done the paperwork including a $1,000 down payment which they said is what I told my sales rep. Anyhow, the next day I heard an odd noise coming from the front wheel well. I have tried to get them to fix this problem free of cost as the car is only 3 days old (to me). I have been stonewalled and told that I purchased the car so I must pay expenses so far. I would advise finding a different dealership to deal with. You would think they would actually inspect their vehicles before they list them for sale. It went through their 125+ point inspection but apparently that means nothing. Very Unhappy! Called AGAIN and one of the managers was kind enough to tell to see one of the service managers. I told them what I thought the problem was (and was right) and they said they'd fix it at no cost. We will see if this fixes the problem. So, I'll be driving a total of 4+ hours to get this issue dealt with which should have been handled before they sold the car as I noticed that it was one of the things they checked off on their certified inspection list. Still unhappy but glad the issue will hopefully be resolved at no cost to me so that I may enjoy my new vehicle. More
