From the point of contact with Marc via Facebook to the finalization of financing and paperwork with Tom it was the easiest time I've ever had purchasing a vehicle! I'm still astounded. They took the time to find the best vehicle to fit our budget but still had bells and whistles they made it feel and look better than just a base model vehicle. They listened and helped and never pushed us into something more than we could afford. They also didn't high pressure sell us into any add-ons. To me that is a great quality for a dealership staff to have. To listen and work for the customer for what's in the customer's best interest. I will definitely be telling everyone I know of to go to Ferman Nissan. If all of the staff is as wonderful as these three then they will be a huge success! More
