Purchased a new Nissan GTR. The salesperson was both knowedgable a frendly. The GTR is a relatively complicated car and Mark showed me how it works and set it up for me while taking time to explain the knowedgable a frendly. We got used to the "pocket-based sales" and high-pressure tactics that we saw at many dealerships, meaning that some salespersons were only concerned with making any sale, no matter what cost to the consumer. However, at Ferman on Florida, Cori seemed to take "customer-focused sales" seriously. She was a gem to work with. She listened to ALL of our needs and searched until she found what we told her that we wanted in a family vehicle. She was patient and worked really hard to provide us with the best experience in our search. In the end, the sales transaction was quick and no-hassle. Cori's manager, Don, was fantastic and straightforward when it came to approving the deal. Finally, Rafi handled the finance paperwork and explained everything we needed to know very well. We must say that Ferman Nissan on Florida will definitely be the "go-to dealership" as our seven children get older and need vehicles of their own. Kudos! More
