Arrived for my appointment on 8/17 to have an issue with my car diagnosed. I was told they were short staffed. I was asked if a courtesy vehicle was available the week of 8/19 would I be able to drop my car my car diagnosed. I was told they were short staffed. I was asked if a courtesy vehicle was available the week of 8/19 would I be able to drop my car off, I stated yes. I was then told I would receive a call within a few hours on 8/17 to confirm, I never received a call or email. The issue with my vehicle still has not been resolved. More
