We recently bought a new 2023 Nissan Ariya and traded our old Mazda CX 5 SUV in. It is now 24 days since we did this and Maus haven't: (1) Paid off the loan on our trade-in, so we are still paying the loan on it, even though Maus owns it. This led to a missed payment and a late fee which could show up on ouR credit report. (2) Sent the paperwork for our lease to NMAC (Nissan Finance) so we get an account number with which to make our payment on 4/6/2024 (5 days from now?. I'm pretty sure this will get fixed eventually, but the waste of time on hold with NMAC (who can't do a thing until the contracts get to them), the dealership who dont seem able to fix this, and the stress aren't worth it! Once again I'd rather have dental work than buy a new car! More

My service guy was Leosbel, wasn't the most friendly person. During service I was waiting in the lounge. Other techs would come in and discuss the service of the car whether complete or in need of fur person. During service I was waiting in the lounge. Also, turns out there was a free oil change on my record, for an unknown reason. I would of thought this would of been pointed out at the beginning. Leo told me after the service was done, but couldn't say why. I was appreciative of the free oil change, just not so much of the indifference attitude of Leo. Like I said.. maybe it was an off day.
