Depressing looking building, needs updating, ceiling tiles falling off at the service drop off, making the customer paying 3% for using credit card, mechanics do not do a great job they failed to secure tiles falling off at the service drop off, making the customer paying 3% for using credit card, mechanics do not do a great job they failed to secure the oil filter access panel, the panel was flapping while driving my MURANO, when I serviced my second vehicle they recommended to change my belt drive, I had my belt drive changed 2 month ago at another dealer ? What do call that, if you drop your service prices and be honest on what you do not gouge the customer just to make money, then customers will show up. More
