I arrived and was told that I might have to bring it back but he would check. I was waiting in the guest reception area when I was told that the car was done. I thought that since it was so quick that I would have to come back all the way from Wesley Chapel. The mechanic handed me the keys and said it was all done! 😀 Truly professional, attentive and thoughtful. That’s why we purchased at Ferman Nissan and drive the extra miles to have our work done! TOTAL RIPOFF Dealer offered me 1000 for my trade,I WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT, I told them I WOULD NOT TRADE IT IN THEN,then they offered me more and more money until I A Dealer offered me 1000 for my trade,I WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT, I told them I WOULD NOT TRADE IT IN THEN,then they offered me more and more money until I AGREED on 2000 dollars for MY trade,DEALER ADDED 1,144.35 on the end of the PURCHASE AGREEMENT,MAKING MY TRADE ,INSTEAD OF 2000 DOLLARS,A WHOPPING 855.65 ,to make it EVEN WORSE, they are CHARGING me 27.86 PERCENT INTEREST on a 2004 truck with OVER 128,000 MILES ON IT.ORIGINAL PRICE of vehicle was 9,121.60 including 526.69 state sales tax, AFTER 1000 CASH DOWN and 2000 TRADE IN,AMOUNT FINANCED 7,265.95,add in THE 27.86 PERCENT INTEREST,TOTAL PRICE COMES TO 15,822.30 for a 2004 truck WITH OVER 128,000 miles on IT, THEN MADE ME GET GAP INSURANCE ON TOP OF IT AT ANOTHER 895.00,I PLAN ON CALLING THE BBB AND FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION TO REPORT THE UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE OF THIS DEALERSHIP,I TALKED TO 2 OTHER LOCAL NISSAN DEALERS TODAY AND WAS TOLD THEY NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING, WAS TOLD THE INTEREST RATE WAS THE HIGHEST ALLOWED BY STATE LAW,I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND FERMAN NISSAN TO MY WORST ENEMY More
Service Department Larry is Awesome I scheduled a service on my 2016 Frontier - nothing special - oil change, tire rotation, fix a flat. I scheduled my service online that was quick and I scheduled a service on my 2016 Frontier - nothing special - oil change, tire rotation, fix a flat. I scheduled my service online that was quick and easy. Larry (last name escapes me) was my designated service coordinator. I brought my truck in at 12:40 as scheduled and it immediately went into service. Total time was just about an hour. Larry informed me my tire could not be repaired and he didn't have the tire in shop and would have to order one. Said it would be in the next day. He called me early the next morning and informed me the tire was in and gave me a service time for that day. When I arrived my truck went into service immediately - good news, in and out in just under 15 minutes!!! Unfortunately, good customer service is pretty rare these days but I was very pleased by the outstanding customer service provide by Larry and the service crew. Thanks guys! More

We had a deal going on a Pathfinder and after completing most of the paperwork I suddenly had a different mindset left the dealership, came back 30 minutes later, and ended up with a Cadillac SRX that I had been eyeing. I was not happy though, about the xtra $100 a month on my car payment. Went from $411 to $507 a month after adding warranties. I was not expecting that! I just wish they would have warned me at the time the deal was made....actually, I probably would not have bought a car had I known this. The back seat of the SRX is too small. Car seats are very snug fitting with barely any leg room. I sent an email with this concern and have not received a response. Disappointed in this too! More
Purchase of Vehicle at the end of the lease I was sent e-mails before I started the transaction to end my lease of the Sentra They explained how to contact the Leasing Corp. and how to set up I was sent e-mails before I started the transaction to end my lease of the Sentra They explained how to contact the Leasing Corp. and how to set up the inspection. They arrived at my home the next day and gave me an e-mail copy of the inspection and results. Next I set up the appointment to have my Vehicle "safety inspected" for the return. And while this was being done I went through the paperwork with a Sales rep to purchase the Vehicle. Which I had decided to do much earlier. I was paying cash for the purchase, so there was no financing to work on and I'm sure it made the process easier for the Dealer. The whole process took about an hour, and I'm now waiting to get my new registration and title with in the next few days. More
