Absolutely terrible service! This has been a nightmare! I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. Within 2 days there is misfire that is very noticeable in second cylinder. I This has been a nightmare! I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. Within 2 days there is misfire that is very noticeable in second cylinder. I take it to them and tell them what is happening and tell them it needs all new coils and spark plugs. They call me two days later to tell me there is nothing wrong. I had to drive all the way back there to show their mechanics how to properly diagnose a misfire. Low and behold it reads that it is misfiring. I finally get it back 7 days later and it is still misfiring. I look and they only replaced the coils and plugs on cylinder 2 and 6. Any back yard mechanics would know you have to replace them all at the same time. It is now misfiring on first and fourth cylinders. I have left messages for the used car service manager Ronnie who is not answering and not returning my calls. How hard is it to replace 6 coils and plugs at the same time and avoid all this hassle and negative reviews? More

Scary repair gets great solution Larry Edwards got my a/c and a failed front wheel bearing repaired through the vehicle warranty program by working carefully with an adjuster and keep Larry Edwards got my a/c and a failed front wheel bearing repaired through the vehicle warranty program by working carefully with an adjuster and keeping my cost to the deductible.
