I have been servicing my Nissan's at Ferman for over 7 years but had not purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It was time to trade in my older Maxima (2007) and I was driving away in a 2016 Maxima 4 hours later. Everything from the negotiation process to the paperwork went smoothly. Bob Cole was extremely knowledgable about the 2016 Maxima's specifications and Tom Frost completed the financing paperwork, in my opinion, in record time. Do not buy there. Go Courtesy Nissan instead. I asked for a specific car. They told me they can bring one from Ocala. It turned out they brought the wrong one. Too much hassle for that.
