Disbelief Suzy and Jethro’s customer service skills were great. However, I’ve only had my car for a good month (2017 Maxima) and I’m already spending money on t Suzy and Jethro’s customer service skills were great. However, I’ve only had my car for a good month (2017 Maxima) and I’m already spending money on things that should’ve been taken care of in the multi-point inspection prior to selling it! Please take your time and be sure to fully inspect prior to buying. Because I didn’t, I’ve ate the cost of replacing the knob that was missing to adjust my seats along with the resurfacing of my brake rotors which are in poor condition (& that was found during a visit at another Nissan dealership that I went to for an oil change). Not to mention that the advertised mileage on the car did not add up to what I drove off the lot with! I honestly wish I would’ve been more patient and looked around a little longer before purchasing from Ferman! More
